Nestled in the woods around Newcastle House is an amazing group of animals called The Outdoorables.
With the help of The Outdoorables crew our animals get into all kinds of fun, mischief and laughter in our amazing live stage show. Come join us and sing, dance and enjoy our child friendly shows, songs and dances, or watch as we play and create with our children’s craft session, the more creative the better. The animals and crew can’t wait to meet you.
This is Reginald. He is the senior member of our crew and is as wise as an owl should be. He is very good at solving problems and thinks everything can be solved with a chat and a nice cup of tea
This is Sorca and she is a clever young fox. She is a sporty, energetic and confident member of our crew who is best friends with Daisy. She thinks she can do everything a boy can do only better!
This is Austin. He is the joker in our crew. A pine marten who has a mischievous side. He is always playing tricks on the crew especially Buzz but he’s a good guy really. Honestly he is.
This is Daisy. She is a very kind, caring and very shy squirrel. She likes to help everyone in the woods and loves to bake chocolate cake for her friends. Decorated with a Daisy on of course.
This is Buzz. He is an active, funny and playful deer. He likes to lift heavy weights with his antlers although they are only small. Austin teases him about his antlers but they are good friends really.
Here with The Outdoorables crew we strive to educate the audience with information about all types of animals, insects, plants and trees with an aim to encourage conservation and recycling.
Our crew lives in and around the beautiful woodland trails and pathways around Newcastle House, Ballymahon Co Longford. Newcastle House is a listed building over 350 years old...
Our child aimed events last approximately 3 hours. Aiming to keep the little ones happy while you enjoy a well-deserved meal or drink, our team start with a box!
